Hired for:
Mange the business while improving workflow and communication between departments, and client’s families.

Results:
Changed paper record keeping system to unique Google Doc oriented system reducing com lines, and dramatically improving overall performance and outcome

Redesigned business structure so each of the services could become independent allowing each of the services limitless vertical growth potential

Redesigned the business directive from a recovery center (similar though quite different from a traditional recovery center) to a educational/nutritional institute, allowing us to serve a much broader market

Redesigned the communication system between departments so drop rate went down

Created a mechanism so clients had a clear voice to family, things, and a friendly ear

Made each dept independent creating a more indestructible structure, and fostering self empowerment through encouraging the manager in each of us

Did this all in less than 6 months~
